Starting from 2012, approximately 50 young employees began their career in Azomures, through the "Graduate Trainee" program.
Who can apply for this program?
The program is dedicated to university graduates in the technical field, who are the future specialists.
Which is the purpose of the program?
The program aims to promote young people’s professional growth under the guidance of experienced employees, with the purpose of supporting Ameropa group development projects in Romania.
Which are the advantages of the program?
The advantage consists of making efficient use of young people’s theoretical knowledge by involving them in practical activities, with the aim of eventual employment in the Azomures company.

How does the “Graduate Trainee” program work?
|Entry-level engineer’s integration||Training courses in production departments||Evaluation of accumulated knowledge||Permanent appointment to a vacant position|
Program duration: 18 months
Introductory and study courses – 2 months in production departments
Guidance and support in the achievement of practical activities - mentor
Assessment of accumulated knowledge at the end of each course
