AZOMURES’ OPEN DAY FOR MEMBERS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.

OPEN DOORS DAY is an event that is part of the actions dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Azomureș platform, national and regional leader in the fertilizer industry for agriculture.

The local community in Târgu Mureș and the surrounding area is invited to find out details about the activity on the platform and about the people who take responsibility for its safe operation every day. There are 2,500 people, with a 24/7 schedule, producing fertilizers for the need of Romanian farmers.

"Although we are going through a difficult period from an economic point of view, generated by a market for natural gas (the main raw material for the production of fertilizers) which has very high prices, we could not easily pass the 60th anniversary. In recent years we have managed to show through photos, videos what is happening in Azomureș, and now we take another step and invite the people of Târgu Mures to visit us. We are transparent and fair in our relationship with the community, and Open Day is an event that fits perfectly into our policy of bringing the community closer together”, said Harri Kiiski, the company's general manager.

Visitors are expected on Saturday, June 18, 2022, from 10:00 to 15:00, at Cinema City (room 4, Promenada Mall) for a short presentation of the activity and a question and answer session. Visitors will have access to the platform by bus, which will leave from the Promenada Mall car park. Access is allowed for visitors over the age of 7.
